WaterSound is a 1,400 acre property development owned by St. Joe Company. The area is also home to St. Joe's headquarters, across from the development. The company had been headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida.
Separate neighborhoods within WaterSound include Watersound Origins, WaterSound Beach, and WaterSound West Beach.
